About the Island of Majorca
Majorca (my-yor-ka) also spelled Mallorca is the largest island in the Balearic Islands, which are part of Spain and located in the Mediterranean.
The Island is a popular tourist destination, known for its sweeping views and Mediterranean climate. The island is home to many resorts, sheltered coves, limestone mountains and Roman and Moorish remains. The Capital city Palma offers everything: a perfect climate, the beach, a charming old town, atmospheric nightlife and plenty of both daytime and nighttime entertainment, though our hotel is out of the hustle and bustle!
More about Cal Reiet
Cal Reiet is an elegant mansion dating back to 1881 that has been gracefully restored and transformed into a boutique holistic retreat.
Nourishment is a cornerstone to the hotel's consciousness based approach of "food as medicine." Meals are prepared with local, organic and freshly sourced ingredients, some of which are grown on property. The philosophy is that meals are a "celebration of connection around the table...and we are fed in many ways from the food choices we make to the relationships we cherish."
Rooms feature: free WiFI, aromatherapy bath amenities, bathrobes, hairdryer, safety box, air conditioning, ceiling fan in some rooms, sofa beds in a number of rooms, European, UK & USB plug.
